Interests

My research program is built on a social justice framework intended to challenge disenfranchised systems and expose socio-political or -cultural barriers contributing to BIPOC’s health and access to work. The two central components include the examination of:

  1. Health: factors that exacerbate and promote mental and physical health

  2. Work: vocational psychology concepts, specifically, the utility of the Psychology of Working Theory
